Lacy Creek Bridge, Washington Co.

This 75-foot pin-connected Pratt pony truss was built in 1915. It was built by the Rochester Bridge Co., or Rochester Indiana. It is really in good condition, and has a nice wood deck. The structure is located between Ramona and Talala. In the above photo, you can see David, our resident engineer, showing off his calmness at heights to Ken, who doesn't look convinced. This bridge is in service and carries a 5 ton limit. The Rochester Bridge Co. built many bridges in Washington and Osage Counties.
