OK 99 Jack Fork Creek, Pontotoc Co.

Built in 1932, this 140-foot K-truss stands 3-1/2 miles south of Ada. As you can see, the bridge has had some minor modifications during its life.

Below, a view along side. You can see the gusset plates where the original portal frame attached. This portal would have had knee braces in the corners.  The revised portal, however, has help in securing this bridge's long life.
