OK 33 Cimarron River Crossing near Coyle

Eleven 100 foot ponies combine to make the 0.171 mile long bridge you see above. The structure was built in 1931 and crosses the Cimarron river just north of Coyle. The bridge sits right on the dividing line between Payne and Logan Counties. The lower photo was taken shortly after a heavy rain. The shield shaped plaque is located at each end of the bridge.
