Above and below are photographs of a 120' riveted steel Pratt truss span with very short concrete approaches over Salt Creek in northeastern Wagoner County. This bridge is located just south of old OK 33 on Coweta Road, west of the Verdigris River.
This bridge was built circa 1926 is of a very common type to be found in Oklahoma. This example is in particularly good condition and has its original concrete deck, portals with curved knee-braces and lattice guard rails. The concrete work on the approach spans look very new.
