Quapaw Creek Crossing, Lincoln Co.

This very interesting and unique bridge was built in 1914 and is located near Payson. It is one of the few polygonal top chord Warren Trusses in Oklahoma.

Below, the remains of the plaque.

Above, a side view, and below, a close side view with a full-size truck crossing the bridge for scale.

This is a unique bridge in this state, and would be well worth preserving.
