Built in 1936, by J. w. Hopper, these two 100-foot Oklahoma State Highway Commission standard pony truss spans and approaches are located just north of Carnegie.
Below, an overview looking south towards Carnegie. The concrete "fence" style guards on the approaches have been replaced with more modern monolithic ones.
Below, the original plaque, now a part of the new guards. This is the Dan W. Perry Bridge, dedicated April 15, 1936.
Below, a deck view of the trusses. These are pretty standard in design and very reliable.
Below, a view to the south, looking along the side. Only two approach spans are on the north side, and 6 or 8 on the south. You can see clearly the contrast in color between the old concrete work and the new.
